Amy was born and raised in Dalton MA. Her Mom Donna has always been her number 1 inspiration since she was a little girl. Her Mom took care of her and her brother in a beautiful 9 room Colonial mostly on her own. This taught Amy to take care of herself and that she can do whatever she puts her mind to. Amy is not only a Realtor but she is part owner of Berkshire Listings! She is a member of the National Association of Realtors with 20+ years of experience in Real Estate. Amy is your lady to know! She specializes in rentals, commercial sales, land sales and residential sales. With many sales under her belt, making deals come together is what she does best. She is always excited and proud of her buyers and sellers when they accomplish their goals. They are the core to her success. When she is not busy with her Real Estate career she loves spending time with her Husband David and her daughter Sharon. She also enjoys cooking, crafting, traveling and the great outdoors.
Audrey Matys
Broker/Owner
Audrey has been involved in the real estate industry for 18 years specializing in Residential and Foreclosed properties. She is currently engaged as Managing Broker for Berkshire Listings. A native of Clarksburg she made Berkshire County her home for over 50 years. Real-estate is her passion and Audrey builds trust easily with her buyer and seller clients. Her personal and negotiation skills are paramount to ensuring a smooth transaction for all parties. Audrey was on the planning board in Clarksburg for 10 years and always enjoys helping the community when she can. Her dedication to her profession include serving Berkshire County and beyond and is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR).With a degree in Finance and Marketing, she enjoys incorporating her background into helping her clients successfully sell and list their homes. When she isn’t busy helping with Real Estate Transactions, Audrey is spending time with her family. Her interests include travel, home and garden projects, hiking, spending time with her Aussie Family and anything outdoors!
